Vegan hot chocolate

This simple hot beverage is perfect especially in winter.
The recipe takes you few minutes and can be appreciated by everyone and seriously, who doesn’t love hot cocoa?
You could use basic mason jars. You can find them in different size and shape for a few coins each.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice milk
  • 9 dates
  • 5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • cinnamon powder
  • 2 biscuits

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and store in a medium size pot
  2. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer for 2 to 3 minutes
  3. Add biscuits and cinnamon powder to taste
